Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced and dedicated Quality Control Associates for an industry leader in home bedding products and textile manufacturing, located in Henderson, NV. In this role you'll examine products (primarily sleeping pillows & dog beds) and materials for defects and deviations from specifications to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities:

• Conduct various tests to ensure products meet company standards.
• Inspect the workforce and production process for errors or inconsistencies.
• Recommend solutions and alterations to improve quality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with department staff and provide progress reports.
• Perform quality and compliance audits.
• Provide real-time feedback loop to customers.
• Test fabric parameters required by retailers, including weight, yarn size, tear strength, shrinkage, PH value, digital color accuracy, and whiteness.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with textile testing parameters is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
